Drake Announces 2012 Club Paradise Tour Dates
Drizzy (Drake) is gearing up to go on a two month long tour this 2012 winter and in some cases he plans on staying in your city multiple tour dates. Singer Drake has invited you to his Club Paradise. That is, the 2012 Drake Club Paradise Tour. The Drake Tour kicks off on Valentines day (Feb 14) in Miami and officially goes until March 11 in San Diego CA. Even though only 17 concert dates have been announced so far, there are probably more to come. The tour name itself pays respect to a track that Drizzy Drake released in September of last year. Drake Goes Platinum, Maps Out Winter 2012 Tour
After only five weeks in stores, Drake’s debut album has gone platinum. To celebrate the achievement, he’s announced dates for another headlining Drake tour. Try to arrange your schedule so you can check out 2012 concerts.

Thank Me Later has sold over one million copies in the U.S. since its June 15 release, according to Nielsen SoundScan. Drizzy showed appreciation for those who supported him. “Thank you to everyone who allowed us to go platinum on a debut album! WOW,” he tweeted. Drake tour dates and schedule.

Drizzy has announced tour dates for a fall tour. The “Light Dreams and Nightmares Tour” is scheduled to kick off on September 20 in Miami and tour through major cities, winding down November 6 in Las Vegas. Virginia duo Clipse will serve as the supporting act on the Drake tour Live Nation production.

Aubrey Drake Graham a.k.a Drake was raised only by his mother in Toronto, Canada since he was just five because Drake’s parents got divorced. Sometimes, he spent summers with father in Memphis. Drake had started writing songs since he was ten years old. However, Drizzy began his career in showbiz industry as a small screen actor, not doing the tour schedule, shows and concerts thing.

Drake, who was born on October 24, 1986, got a first role as a junior high schooler named Jimmy Brooks on Canadian teen drama TV series "Degrassi: The Next Generation". As years went by, Drake got more roles in such TV series as "Soul Food", "Conviction", "Best Friend's Date", "The Borders", "Sophie" and "Being Erica".

Gaining popularity as small screen actor, Drake couldn't resist trying his hands at music industry. In February 2006, he released his first indie mixtape titled "Room for Improvement". The next year, Drake returned with another independent mixtape "Comeback Season". One of its single "Replacement Girl" peaked at number 21 on Bubbling Under R&B/Hip-Hop Singles chart.
